Primer can be used prior to dipping,  while using nail tips, full gel nails, builder gel or gels. Always cleanse the nails and push back or trim cuticles before use.  Primer can be added to the backside (side that adheres to your nails) of nail tips and gel nails/tips.  This helps with adhesion to the nails.
